Cuba Project

In Cuba, Joe was instrumental in the exhibition, Los Artistas Magos (The Artist Magicians) Dec. 18th 2009 Jan. 18, 2010 in the central city of Camaguey. In gratitude, the three artists gave him a collaboration painting that was created just for the show.

Artists and Joe Clare were joined by invited guests: Canadian friends who travelled to Cuba for the exhibition; Cuban friends and colleagues, including curators from the Cuban provinces of Santiago de Cuba, Guantanamo and Las Tunas; the Indian leader Panchito, his daughter and the historian Alejandro Hartmann Matos.
